International FinTech Awards (FTA)
FinTech Award Italy 2021-2022 is one of the Fintech Awards international ceremonies. They are held all over the world to recognize excellence in financial technology as assessed by either a public vote or panels of judges.
There are typically several categories, winners and prizes therefore hundreds of companies, mostly startups, participate as candidates.
As of today, major ceremonies are held in India, Australia, Canada, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. There are also continental ceremonies: the African FTA and Conference, and the European FTA.
FinTech Awards Italy 2021-2022
Italy is home to many of the world’s financial services centers and a burgeoning financial technology market. Fintech Awards Italy 2021-2022 were developed to celebrate this incredible community, and the achievements and successes of the Italy’s best and brightest.
The event is organized by K2 Capital ( www.k2capital.it ) of which DIAGO the Luxury company is a Partner. FTA Italy 2021-2022 promises to be the benchmark by which we judge financial services modernization and technological progress in the world’s premier financial services centers.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, FTA Italy 2021 was not held therefore the next one will be a joint edition for years 2021 and 2022.
An independent panel of experts received the submissions, scored their quality and finalized the shortlist for each category. The winners will be revealed at a glamorous in-person ceremony on 21 October 2022, in the splendid scenery at Villa Marigola in Lerici, in the Gulf of La Spezia.

Categories & Participants
The categories of Awards are designed to cover the full spectrum of the FinTech so during the event, the professionals who have best distinguished themselves in the various areas of the FinTech sector (legal, blockchain, advisoring, etc etc) and the best performing platforms in the field of Equity Crowdfunding, Real Estate Lending and Business Credit (Peer to Peer) will be awarded.
The companies which have already confirmed their membership and withdrawal of the FTA Italy 2021-2022 generated an induced amount of over one billion euros.
There will be interventions by authoritative experts in related sectors. The audience will be also made up of exponents of the business angels community and venture capital.
A space will be dedicated to some presentation pitches of selected Startups who will have the opportunity to briefly entertain the audience.
FinTech is also an opportunity to interact and socialize
After the event lasting about 3 hours, an aperitif will be held in the villa’s enchanting garden to allow guests to interact directly with the speakers, sponsoring companies, startups and awarded CEOs. The participation of 200 selected and high-profile guests is expected.
Agreements have already been signed with qualified media partners in the sector and contacts have been initiated for patronage by the academic and institutional world
